Aston Carter Is Hiring For An Burmese CSR

***Must Be Fluent in Burmese***


Description:


Contractors will be taking Inbound calls from Members. They will be on the phones most of the day. They will document calls into the system as they happen. Calls would include:


Members:


-Assisting by looking up what their insurance may or may not cover

-Issues with billing, requests for a new card

-If specific products will be covered by their insurance

-Updating address's in the system

-Locating doctors in the network for them


Once candidates master Inbound calls, they could move to take Outbound calls which include:


-Members call in and complete health screens.

-Set up profiles for candidates

-Assign serious issues to case managers


Shift: Training is 8am-5pm. After first 90 days, they could start as early as 8am or as late as 11am. Leaders consider the employees needs as well as the business needs


Skills:


Customer Service, Burmese, medical terminology, insurance, call center, healthcare


Additional Skills & Qualifications:


-Experience in a physician health care office environment or high-volume call center

-Knowledge of HMO, PPO, TPA, PHO and Managed Care functions
