Aston Carter is hiring for a SAP Administrative Assistant.
This individual will process work orders utilizing SAP for all contracted people and services. (For example, this team handles scheduling of onsite contractors and construction workers who are contracted on site).
- Process weekly work orders
- Issue purchase request utilizing SAP
- Handle PO’s (Purchase Orders)
- Heavy Excel work
- Write work orders out of SAP
- Manage Excel spreadsheets for 60 current capital projects under direction of Facilities Manager.
- Attend 3 weekly meetings.
- HIGH proficiency in Excel
- 3+ years of data entry experience (SAP preferred)
- Background in a similar-environment company (manufacturing, contract engineering, janitorial, construction staff, facilities etc.)
