Benefit Specialist:
Working directly with payers to discover and verify if insurance is covering the high prescription medicines for the patients.
Process applications for patients seeking assistance with medication
Determinations if the patient is approved or denied for the programs
Typical insurance verification type role
High call volume (outbound calls)
- Performing patient level benefits verifications for all major medicals and pharmacy benefit plans
- Completion of template forms that provide patent level benefits Coverage Determination Summary
- Coordination of prior authorizations based on payer guidelines and in compliance with law, regulation or guidance
Pay:
$18hr - $19.50hr
Location:
Jeffersonville, IN
Hours:
8 hours shift between 10:30am to 11pm
- 10:30am to 7pm
- 11:30am to 8pm
