Business Analyst / Project Manager (Sharepoint Experience Needed)

The purpose of this position is to manage and maintain our clients SharePoint site collection and relative projects within a particular line of business (LOB). The Knowledge Management Site Collection Administrator will have overall knowledge of the architecture of the collection and how it integrates with CRM. They will manage all associated projects. They will be the main point person to help make critical decisions pertaining to the architecture and/or new features and the implementation of them.
Support our clients team with content updates, new page requests and troubleshooting issues on their 4 SharePoint portal sites.
Establish effective governance to include defined processes and procedures for Member SharePoint Portals and internal SharePoint sites.
Compile and review various reports to help maintain effective content management and improved user adoption (search).
Attend regularly scheduled SharePoint and Knowledge Management meetings.
Performs error identification, investigation and resolution – escalate to IT or 3rd party support as needed
Participates in setting technology development strategy. Identifies new areas on an ongoing basis where SharePoint and/or CRM can be leveraged. Participates in ongoing research to determine SharePoint best practices and capabilities.
Consults with other line of business or functional areas on cross-domain system integration.
Work with content owners to create out of the box functionality to solve business problems
Is the “Super Owner” of the site collection. Is the first line of day to day support for users and other Site Owners below top level site.
Approves the provisioning of new sites within their given LOB or functional area.
Write technical documentation or guidance as needed and train end-users.
Is able to work in basic SharePoint webapps, workflows and forms.
Work with digital team lead to evaluate needs for future portal platform.
Perform regular maintenance to include (but not limited to):
Work with subject matter experts and content owners, consistently revisiting and reviewing content to ensure business relevance.
Monitor site usage and follow up on dormancy on a monthly basis.
Monitor to ensure workflow and tasks are working correctly.
Monitor and update term sets and metadata as needed.
Maintain permissions within CRM
Troubleshoot access issues within portals
Update pages, navigation, and libraries as requested

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Advanced experience using Microsoft SharePoint 2010 and 2013 (required)
Understanding of how to navigate and configure SharePoint Central Admin (required)
Understanding of how to create and edit workflows in SharePoint Designer 2013 (required)
Knowledge of SharePoint 2016 and Office 365 (preferred)
Knowledge of Dynamics CRM (preferred)
Intermediate experience using Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Project, SmartSheets (preferred)
