Description:

• Looking for a structural drafter to join a group of 18.
• Work with a lot of retail, senior living, mixed use, and hospitality projects. Most work is local. Also have done almost all the buildings off of Mills Civic Parkway in West Des Moines.
• Structural building drafting experience (steel and concrete) on commercial buildings (i.e. healthcare, commercial office, institutional, etc).
• AutoCAD proficiency and Revit experience (even if it's just training)
• Ability to work in a small team environment under a senior engineer to draft various projects that come in

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years AutoCAD
• 1+ years Revit
• Work experience on wood frame and steel frame system projects

Soft Skills:

• Detail oriented
• Self Starter
• demonstrate proficient written, verbal and graphic communication skills
