HR Operations Specialist

GREAT OPPORTUNITY WITH A GREAT COMPANY
The first part of the role will be focused on the transactional processes surrounding on boarding new hires to the company. This includes tasks like facilitating/reviewing the front end of the I-9 process, preparing new hires and leaders for their first day via email communication, pulling new hire reporting, etc.
The second part of this role is specific to Employee Data related tasks including facilitating/reviewing the second half of the I-9 process and transacting on employee data changes within Oracle HCM.
Will be utilizing technology including: Adobe sign, Microsoft outlook, excel, one note, teams, Oracle HCM, and Everify system
Looking for candidates with demonstrated interest in HR along with at least basic excel skills and/or interaction with an HRIS system
Will interact with different teams internally including Talent Acquisition, Security, and misc leaders and employees across the company.
