  • Initial primary focus of job is to take incoming phone calls from clients/agents regarding questions for Bond policies.

Examples of calls can include:

  • Billing questions
  • Walking an agent through our system
  • Researching an issue
  • Identifying correct type of bond for issuance
  • Assisting with document issuance process/questions
  • Once candidate is proficient on phones, we will train on processing duties to work on in between calls.
    • This includes any transaction that can be initiated over the lifecycle of a bond: new business, changes, cancellations, reinstatements, etc.
