- Initial primary focus of job is to take incoming phone calls from clients/agents regarding questions for Bond policies.
Examples of calls can include:
- Billing questions
- Walking an agent through our system
- Researching an issue
- Identifying correct type of bond for issuance
- Assisting with document issuance process/questions
- Once candidate is proficient on phones, we will train on processing duties to work on in between calls.
- This includes any transaction that can be initiated over the lifecycle of a bond: new business, changes, cancellations, reinstatements, etc.
