Daily Duties:

Will be taking inbound calls regarding insurance and de-escalating customer concerns.

Will be taking 40-60 calls per day.

Looking for someone that wants to work in a call center long term and grow in their role!

Will be answering customer questions regarding life insurance coverage, what is included on customer policies, beneficiary information, and cost of insurance.

Many of these calls will be citizens or beneficiaries who are concerns with their life insurance coverage.

Can be difficult calls at times and must be comfortable de-escalating certain situations.

Must have basic trouble shooting skills and a basic knowledge of computer usage. Will be navigating multiple systems while on calls.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Customer service experience - 1+ years

1+ years in each role

Strong computer skills - 1+ years

Will be navigating multiple computer systems
