Use company provided software to create multiple agreements between Owners, Contractors, Architects and Consultants Produce and distribute correspondence letters and forms, including contracts and other legal documents Field client calls as pertain to agreements created Create positive first impressions when visitors/ clients in office for meetings Provide responsive and courteous support to employees and guests, in-person and over the phone Coordinate conference room meeting reservations Direct calls, mail and deliveries to the appropriate staff Ensure a professional and well-kept presentation of office space Performs administrative support tasks as assigned by the executive/leadership team as well as others with the office Follow an organized filing/management process for electronic and paper documents Maintain contact and informational lists Order supplies; always maintain acceptable inventories
