Our client, a Commercial Architecture firm, is looking for a Project Administrator to perform the tasks listed below. They have offices throughout Iowa and Nebraska, but this role will sit in their headquarters in Sioux City, IA.

Description:

  • Use company provided software to create multiple agreements between Owners, Contractors, Architects and Consultants
  • Produce and distribute correspondence letters and forms, including contracts and other legal documents
  • Field client calls as pertain to agreements created
  • Create positive first impressions when visitors/ clients in office for meetings
  • Provide responsive and courteous support to employees and guests, in-person and over the phone
  • Coordinate conference room meeting reservations
  • Direct calls, mail and deliveries to the appropriate staff
  • Ensure a professional and well-kept presentation of office space
  • Performs administrative support tasks as assigned by the executive/leadership team as well as others with the office
  • Follow an organized filing/management process for electronic and paper documents
  • Maintain contact and informational lists
  • Order supplies; always maintain acceptable inventories

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or better
  • Two years of related experience in the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction workspace
  • Ability to lift 15+ pounds
