Needed travelling superintendents/foreman for a commercial company based out of Stillwater, MN. Current projects are in MN, but will be needed nationwide afterwards. Rooms paid for, per diem, paid travel time, credit card, and other benefits.


Oversees commercial construction projects to ensure customers are provided with completed projects in accordance with the customer’s and company's standards.

Projects are Target store remodels

o Could include bathroom remodels, store remodels, store fixtures and installation, beauty counters, etc.

o Also doing a variety of other work across the country – ground up CarMax, Kohls stores, Verizon stores, Best Buy fixtures, Sephora remodels

o These foreman/superintendents MUST be okay with doing some of the work, this is a hands-on role

Night Shift

o Many of these projects are worked on overnight

o Important that candidates are open to working nights

o Will still look at day shift candidates


o Commercial construction management experience (foreman or superintendent)

- Can be tenant improvement/remodel or ground-up

- Will look at any commercial background (retail preferred)

o Store installation experience a plus

Must be willing to travel nationwide

OSHA10 required


finish carpentry, Construction, Construction supervision, Commercial construction, Supervision, installation, osha 10, Carpentry, Project management, Construction management, ground up, first aid, cpr certified, cpr certification, forklift certified, forklift certification, boom lift, scissor lift, scissors lift, scissor lift operation

Additional Skills & Qualifications:


Valid Class D Driver's license

Valid CPR and First Aid Certification

Equipment certifications (fork lift, scissor lift, boom lift)

Thomas Grace will train on all equipment certifications and First Aid/CPR

Must be willing to work overnight
