• The main function of the analyst is to support the marketing department with any needed data and analyses
• Responsible for extracting information from membership and insurance files maintained on the data warehouse system, administration systems, or raw data files from clients
• Responsible for gathering information on competitors and current methods of marketing and distribution to ensure current methodologies and skills remain intact
• Collaborate with business partners and program owners to discuss, analyze, and review incoming requests and strategically prioritize work efforts
• Query data leveraging multiple tools, such as MS Access, SQL, SAS & Excel in order to validate data, conduct ad hoc analyses of metrics, provide reporting, and transfer data between multiple databases or systems
• Managing assigned projects to completion, ensuring that all activities and integration are coordinated and completed on time
• Working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and on-time delivery of assets and deliverables, as well as tracking overall timelines and progress
• Monitoring project progress, identifying issues such as data integrity in advance, and initiating appropriate risk mitigation plans
• Tracking key KPIs and goals across internal and external stakeholders
• Ensuring the accuracy of information, documents, deliverables, and forecasts
• Provide data insight and feedback to leaders

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Data Analytics, Math, Business, MIS or other related fields
• Prior job experience in marketing research, statistical analysis or in related fields
• Good understanding of Search Engine Optimization, marketing databases, us mail, email and social media marketing
• Prior experience with SAS programming plus
• Working knowledge of data warehousing and mining, statistical packages and databases.
