Description:

This individual will be responsible for IT support for retail facilities nears the Waterloo, IA area. Travel will be required.

-Provides IT technical and application support, problem resolution and project coordination to Retail customers including installation, configuration, and maintenance of corporate IT hardware and software, business systems and related infrastructure.

-Provides technical support and problem resolution for information systems

-Configures, installs, and supports PC hardware and software, mobile devices and other IT business systems in office and plant environments.

-Assists with troubleshooting, and system administration for LAN servers and infrastructure, which includes monitoring performance, and ensuring that corporate security and operations procedures are implemented and enforced.

-Works with Corporate teams, standards, and programs to ensure effective adoption and deployment of IT and other processing standards including PCI, and delivery fleet equipment.

Assists in site audits, staff onboarding, and working with vendors and contractors on solution delivery.

-Manages user account administration and changes in conjunction with Retail and Corporate leadership and processes.

-Manages hardware and software acquisition, deployment and disposal per Corporate standards and processes.
