Customer Service Representative - $18

Aston Carter is seeking individuals for a great opportunity within a large financial company in the Des Moines area. This Customer Service position will act as the main point of contact for customers regarding their home mortgage. This includes answering routine inquiries about payments, mortgage questions and providing details around other products that will help customer achieve their financial goals.
Qualified candidates will have the following:
1+ year of customer-facing experience (can be retail, food industry, professional, etc.)
1+ year of experience using computers
any leadership experience in a previous role
Have come from other industries such as retail and hospitality where inter-personal and face-to-face customer service skills have been required. You don’t need to have call-center experience to get in the door. Have a positive attitude, desire to help customers and grow within the organization.
This is an entry-level position that is a true contract-to-perm opportunity. This company offers tremendous growth opportunities for motivated individuals. Training & Onboarding:
Extensive training is provided by some of the best trainers in the company. Training is 5 weeks long and includes a mixture of classroom and on the job training, followed by a period with extra support from subject matter experts. Training is interactive, fun and inclusive.
