Accounts Payable Specialist

Aston Carter is working with a large company in the KC area that is seeking to hire an Accounts Payable Specialist on their team! They are seeking candidates with 1-2+ years of accounts payable experience. Our client offers a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days at home).

Job Description:

• High Volume Invoice processing
• Double checking invoice information that has been auto uploaded to the system via ImageNow to ensure it is accurate based on Customer Acct info, PO Number, Invoice Amount, etc.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of accounts payable experience
• Experience using Oracle preferred
• Experience using ImageNow or other OCR, preferred
• Experience working in a high volume AP environment preferred
