Recruiting Agent - Clinical Research - Pays up to $19/hour
Description:
- Call prospective clinical research participants and determine their eligibility for clinical trials
- Respond to applications and explain the parameters of research trials to participants
- Explain process of compensation to participants
- Will spend most of the work day at a desk talking to participants over the phone
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Some experience in a customer service/call center setting
- Experience talking on the phone in a professional setting
