Either in electrical- PLC, running conduit, etc. or with strong fabrication skills. These two areas are where my current team is lacking. They have about the same scope of experience that Nester has to offer, but when it comes to proficient metal fabrication

-3+ Years of Experience in Maintenance and/Electrical

-PLC's, Pneumatics and Hydraulics Experience

-480 Volt Knowledge a huge plus

-Industrial Maintenance

-Fabrication/Welding is a plus not required

We are looking for a maintenance mechanic with both electrical and mechanical experience. Experience in automation controls and programming a huge plus.

This is a 1st shift position. Scheduled hours are from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Must be able and willing to occasionally work outside these hours if needed. Example- come in early, stay late, work Saturday or even Sunday (Very rare). Must be a self-starter and capable of working with little supervision. Will be required to perform all aspects of maintenance, including but not limited to- PM maintenance, hydraulics, forklift repair, plant electrical (480v-3ph), plant maintenance, lights, plumbing, building, machinery electrical and mechanical repairs, work outside, both in summer and winter as needed, work at heights up to 50’, lifting up to 50 lbs.,

Just a general, all around maintenance mechanic that wants to work, has good attitude and attendance.

Experienced. Prefer at least 3 years’ experience as an maintenance mechanic.

Want someone with all around general mechanical and electrical… Pneumatics and hydraulics a plus.

Also a huge plus that the candidate has welding and fabricating experience. Enough to where they can be handed a blueprint and make the item using the proper equipment and methods.

The candidate must be motivated and be able to work with little supervision. I need someone who is going to not only repair current issue but also be aware and diligent as to more issues, if time will not allow the additional repairs to be made at that time I need someone that will communicate issue to me and when time permits repair the issue If I haven’t assigned anyone else to repair yet. Basically keep eyes open. Don’t go into it with blinders on.

Candidate will be using boom and scissor lifts at heights to 40’. Experience operating lifts is important.

Candidate will be required to lift over 50 lbs. when necessary

Experience operating forklift.

Will be required to adhere to companies PPE program.

Future Foam provides tools, candidate will be responsible for small tools issued to them, those tools will remain property of Future Foam if candidate is no longer working at Future Foam for whatever reason.

I need someone who is dependable. Excessive late and absences will not be tolerated.

Must be flexible with hours.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

-tools arent required but preferred to at least have basic tools for the job

-Electrical with Voltage 480, Understand troubleshooting of PLC's. Programming is NOT Required they have engineers that do that.

-Fabrication/Welding is something they are required to do.

-Industrial Setting for type of work environment they are shooting for in candidates.

-Aviation will not suffice, they are not interested in these types of candidates so that is the disqualifier.

-must have stable work history and not have jumpy work history unless it's justified within reason with solid references.
