Perform a normal range of Quality Control duties on a wide variety of products which will include High Performance Couplings, Special Gear Coupling, Extrusion, Injection molding and other parts and assembly. • Inspects all specified aspects of vendor manufactured product, final product or any part as designated. • Reviews supplier product and material certifications and consults with supervisor as required. • Assists with first article inspections, product quality audits, packaging audit and / or other return product evaluations, capability studies, SPC projects and / or PPAPs as required. • Investigates and assists with the resolution of internal and external requests concerning product quality. • Assesses returned products and recommends disposition. • Prepares detailed inspection, corrective action requests and related QA reports as required. • Uses micrometers, gauges, etc. to measure features with tolerances as small as .0005”. • Maintains a timely flow of material by inspecting material promptly. • Creates full CNC programs for CMM program from complex detailed component drawings. Analyzes results and reports non-conformities to design requirements. • Creates bluing contact tapes and report for taper bores. • Notifies appropriate personnel promptly when features are approaching rejection limits. • Maintains a safe and clean work area. Adheres to all safety procedures, • Understands and adheres to all relevant ISO 9001 procedures. • Performs any other related duties as directed.

• Working knowledge of shop math, part prints, specifications, GD&T, charts, tables, precision measuring equipment, shop practices, quality control and inspection methods. • Demonstrate critical thinking skills and decision making • Able to operate inspection equipment • Demonstrate good organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy • Proficient in using computers for day to day activities (MS Word, Excel, ERP Inventory Systems, and iQ application) 3rd shift 11p-7a Will train on 1st
