TEKsystems, in support of COT Western Field Services, is looking to fill a Desktop Support position at the Mayo Underwood Building in Frankfort, KY to replace a full time staff person who took a state position. This position will be an onsite role, working directly with customers, as required. We are looking for a very knowledgeable, experienced tech with excellent customer service skills. The candidate needs to be experienced in desktop support: installation, troubleshooting, and repair/replace, in a primarily windows based environment, with apple mobile product support experience a bonus. The candidate also needs to have basic network troubleshooting skills. This position will join a team of five other full time techs that support multiple state agencies housed within the Mayo Underwood Building and a few surrounding Frankfort locations.

Customer service is huge, excellent communication, team player, and someone that is willing to ask for help when needed. Interpersonal and teamworking skills are extremely important. If they don't get the impression that the Tech will be customer focused, that person will not work out for very long.
