TEKsystems is looking for a Field Service Technician to join our government services team. This position will require local travel and onsite assistance. We are looking for a very knowledgeable, experienced tech with excellent customer service skills. The candidate needs to be experienced in desktop support: installation, troubleshooting, and repair/replace, in a primarily windows based environment, with apple mobile product support experience a bonus. The candidate also needs to have basic network troubleshooting skills. This position will join a team of five other full time techs.

Customer service is huge, excellent communication, team player, and someone that is willing to ask for help when needed.
Interpersonal and teamworking skills are extremely important. If they don't get the impression that the Tech will be customer focused, that person will not work out for very long.
