Description:

The Manager is looking for a Project Engineer who will help out in modification, installation and start-up of new Dry Booth system.

Experience working in Paint Shop, Assembly shop, Automotive Setting or have worked in a project where they were responsible for installing relevant equipment in a new plant, etc.

-Having Master’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical field is a plus.

-Experience with AutoCAD or similar tools is a huge plus.

Toyota has project engineering positions to assist with the modification, installation and start-up of new Dry Booth system.

Detailed Description of Responsibilities -

-Project engineer to assist with new dry booth process modification.

-Ensure new equipment installation, commissioning and start-up meet specification and design targets

-Assist project installation with skilled trades, affiliate companies, engineers and equipment manufacturers

-Develop/implement countermeasures for project delays for timely project completion

-Collaborate with on-site personnel to ensure project schedule is maintained and ensure compliance with local codes and company policies.

Requirements:

BS in Engineering or Trade Technical equivalent

2+ years process equipment specification and installation experience

2+ years in project management

Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office

Relevant Work History related to the following equipment specification and installation:

-Top Coat Booth process equipment

-Air Supply House equipment

-Electrical installation, equipment controls and monitoring

-Fire Protection Systems

-Paint Application Booths

-Paint Application Robots

Additional Desired Qualifications -

Prefer previous Toyota construction supervision experience

OHSA10 Certificate

Experience with safety management:  Lockout certification, Job Safety Assessment, Toyota Safety Kanban system

Automotive paint processes

installation and start-up experience
