Looking for an entry-level Production Scheduler near Georgetown, KY. The PC Scheduler is in charge of coordinating the transfer and processing of material to maintain finished inventory levels and fill customer orders. This person needs to be experience in Microsoft office, Outlook and have strong written/verbal communication skills.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned)
• Monitors and controls inventory levels
• Prepares and distributes daily processing schedules
• Coordinates and analyzes sales order schedule, customer orders and special process requests
• Creates work orders and process Kanbans to communicate customer requirements and processing instructions to steel processing members.
• Work order verification and completion
• Monitor coils to ensure they are processed in FIFO
• Coil tag spec checking
• Performs critical quality assurance checks on vital processing documents
• On call in case emergency processing requirements arise

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
High School Diploma
Microsoft Office knowledge
Strong written and verbal communication skills
