Looking for candidate with Maintenance Supervision experience. Must have HANDS ON experience as well as expect to do HANDS ON work.
Will currently have 10 direct reports, however could be up to 15 if fully staffed up. Conveying systems experience is REQUIRED (Belts, Rollers, Slats, Etc.,)
Must have mechanical skill set as well as able to troubleshoot PLCs (Allen Bradley).
Would prefer someone with large Distribution Center experience, however will also look at candidates who have a manufacturing background (as long as they have a lot of experience with conveyors).
Must be a self starter and have no issues managing the team. No problems holding technicians accountable in a non union environment.
Identify and diagnose problems and recommend solutions
Analyze PM programs
Use of CMMS software to schedule maintenance
