A majority of the GPS and mapping products are used in the commercial transportation (trucking) industry. The Richmond, KY facility now houses a 25-30 person call center that is responsible for troubleshooting GPS devices remotely. They are currently seeking technologically savvy Customer Service Representatives that can troubleshoot things such as WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity issues, hardware and software updates, and other generalized customer service issues.

Contractors will be answering inbound calls from consumers regarding their products and will provide technical support depending on their level of expertise. Issue resolution can range from solving complications with power, charging, connectivity, product availability, and more.


  • Help Desk / technical support
  • Answer inbound calls
  • Troubleshoot issues with GPS software and hardware
  • Device troubleshooting
  • Provide customer support for a variety of consumers
  • Data entry tasks associated with logging information on calls
  • Stay consistent with high volume calls
  • Effective troubleshooting to provide quick and concise issue resolution
  • Deal with customer issues and complaints in a professional manner


  • Tech Support experience and/or experience with technology (computer gaming for example)
  • Ability to operate multiple systems at the same time
  • Ability to work from home if needed - Need internet at home (This is an in office position)

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • Candidates with technical, device troubleshooting experience are STRONGLY preferred. Examples include: Sprint, AppleCare, Microsoft, Android, etc. Technical aptitude is a must.
  • High-volume, inbound call center experience
  • Previous customer service experience (1-2 years +)
  • Data entry experience is a plus
  • High School Diploma or GED
