Laborer – Manufacturing Equipment Installation
Weekly Pay | $22/hr | Overtime Available

What You’ll Do
- Unload and load cargo from trailers and shipping containers
- Uncrate, unbox, pack, and move machinery using hand tools and material handling equipment
- Position and roughly set equipment on the production floor
- Operate tools and equipment such as toe jacks, dollies, skates, pallet jacks, and forklifts
- Follow safety procedures and detailed instructions to ensure accurate placement
What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills
- General labor, construction, or industrial experience
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical work throughout the day
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
Additional Qualifications
- OSHA 10 required (or willingness to obtain)
- 1+ year of construction or physical labor experience
- Ability to walk up to 10+ miles per day
- Comfortable bending, crawling, lifting, and working on your feet
- Forklift or lift experience is a plus—but not required

Schedule & Pay
- $22/hour – Weekly Pay
- 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday–Friday
- Occasional Saturday overtime available
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of De Soto, KS.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
