Hiring for an Architect to work with a firm in Kansas City with focuses on commercial, public/education, and residential projects!

Description:

Plans, designs and manages substantial new construction, renovation and improvement projects for residential, educational and commercial buildings.

Direct preparation of Revit design/construction documents and layouts for the development of drawings by others and review completed drawings for technical adequacy and completeness.

Evaluate and select appropriate building systems and materials

Collaborate with project team members integrating elements with architecture and other engineering systems to meet design schedules.

Complete projects within budget while meeting company expectations.

Ensure deliverables meet set milestones and quality standards.

Prepare and manage proposals, budgets, scopes and schedules for projects.

Skills & Qualifications:

BS or MS in Architecture from a NAAB accredited program

Minimum of 4 years of professional experience

Minimum of 4 years utilizing Revit in a professional setting

Experienced with residential/multi-family housing preferred
