Job Title: Perm Assembler
Job Description
Join our team as an Assembler in a dynamic aviation supplier company. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for precision and the aviation industry, working in our assembly and machining division.
Responsibilities
- Assemble complicated and varied aircraft/aerospace components.
- Read and interpret complex blueprints, specifications, and other work instructions.
- Layout and drill holes, install fasteners, bearings, bushings, countersink, etc.
- Apply sealants, primers, paints, and cleaning agents in the assembly process.
- Utilize hand and power tools effectively.
Essential Skills
- Minimum of three years of experience in aircraft/aerospace manufacturing assembly.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex blueprints.
- High-level experience with layout, drilling, and installation processes.
- Familiarity with assembly tools and techniques.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Four to five years of assembly experience preferred.
- Must demonstrate a detail-oriented nature and on-time attendance dependability.

Work Environment
Work in a machine shop and assembly environment within a very nice facility. The role requires adherence to safety procedures, including wearing gloves, eye and ear protection. The position involves physical activities such as lifting up to 50 pounds and regular standing, sitting, bending, kneeling, squatting, and walking.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $49920.00/yr.
