Desktop Support position in Frankfort, KY. This positions will be onsite roles, working directly with customers, as required. We are looking for a very knowledgeable, experienced techs with excellent customer service skills. The candidates need to be experienced in desktop support: installation, troubleshooting, and repair/replace, in a primarily windows based environment. Apple mobile product support experience a bonus. Will be working through a backlog of trouble tickets, deploying hardware, performing asset management tasks, etc. Basic network troubleshooting skills will be helpful.

This position will join a team of several Field Services Techs that support multiple state agencies housed within the a few buildings in Frankfort.

Customer service is huge, excellent communication, team player, and someone that is willing to ask for help when needed. Interpersonal and teamworking skills are extremely important. If they don't get the impression that the Tech will be customer focused, that person will not work out for very long.
