Now Hiring: Patient Service Rep

 Job Responsibilities: 

• Answer calls, emails, and other requests from patients and healthcare providers, meeting or exceeding service level goals.
• Handle high-volume calls that are auto connected.
• Accurately capture and update information in our systems.
• Provide availability, tracking, and shipping information for patients’ medications as needed.
• Schedule treatments to be sent to patients or their healthcare providers.

Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED REQUIRED
• Experience with medical and/or pharmaceutical terminology preferred
• Experience handling high-volume calls REQUIRED
