Now Hiring: Patient Service Rep
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer calls, emails, and other requests from patients and healthcare providers, meeting or exceeding service level goals.
- Handle high-volume calls that are auto connected.
- Accurately capture and update information in our systems.
- Provide availability, tracking, and shipping information for patients’ medications as needed.
- Schedule treatments to be sent to patients or their healthcare providers.
Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED REQUIRED
- Experience with medical and/or pharmaceutical terminology preferred
- Experience handling high-volume calls REQUIRED
