Managing team of 8 Technicians per 3 shifts. Will be responsible for assisting with equipment breakdowns and troubleshooting for escalation. Set expectations and performance reviews. Implement predictive/preventive maintenance schedules. Monitor spare part inventories. Utilize CMMS. Prepare and analyze reports. Implement TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) Program.
