Picker And Packer

We are currently seeking a dedicated Picker and Packer for a 1st shift position from 7am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday. This role involves working in a team-oriented environment, packing boxes according to a packing list and box size, operating at a packing station. Tasks include packing products into boxes, weighing them, taping, labeling, and palletizing for shipment. You will rotate between packing, taping/labeling, and palletizing throughout the day to ensure a varied work experience. Experience with machine operation is beneficial, as you may be required to operate a steady type of packing machine.

Responsibilities

• Pack boxes according to packing list and box size.
• Operate at a packing station to pack products into boxes.
• Weigh, tape, label, and place boxes onto pallets for shipment.
• Rotate between packing, taping/labeling, and palletizing tasks.
• Operate packing machinery as needed.

• Ability to work well with others.
• High School Education.
• Ideally 6 months of experience in warehouse, picking, or packing.

• Good communication skills.
• Safety conscious.
• Ability to follow written work instructions in English.
• Must be able to pass a safety test after watching a safety video.

Work Environment

The work environment requires steel-toed boots, and eye and hearing protection may be needed depending on the building. Eye and hearing protection will be provided. This is a team-oriented environment focused on collaboration and safety.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
