Job Title: Project Engineer
Responsibilities
- Prepare engineering estimates and development plans.
- Lead engineering project teams in respect to budget, schedule, and ensure quality deliveries.
- Execute the engineering development plan, identifying and anticipating potential problems.
- Collaborate with other departments such as Program Management, Certification, Safety & Reliability, Quality, and Manufacturing.
- Maintain engineering work standards and processes.
- Evaluate technical risks, mitigation, and contingency plans.
- Produce and present progress reports for management review.
- Support continuous product improvements and innovation.
- Coordinate technical aspects of the entire project, managing the project budget, and tracking deliverables.
Essential Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer/Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science.
- 5-7 years of project management experience in managing or producing complex projects related to software/hardware systems.
- Demonstrated understanding of requirements management for hardware and/or software systems.
- Experience with International Trade Compliance or Export Control.
Compensation:$75
