A top Design firm in the South Shore area is looking for a MEP Coordinator!
Description:
- Collaborate with PMs, architects, engineering, subcontractors, and clients to develop comprehensive MEP and specifications for projects
- Conduct thorough reviews reviews of MEP plans and specifications
- Assist in the procurement process by providing technical expertise in selecting equipment and ensuring compliance
- Oversee MEP subcontractors throughout the construction phase
- Implement QC measures
- Identify potential risks and challenges related to MEP systems
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing Engineering or related field
- 0-5 years of MEP coordination experience
- Knowledge in CAD or Revit
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- PE license is preferred
