Job Title: Laborer
Job Description
We are seeking experienced laborers for our site division. The ideal candidates will have past experience in outdoor labor or on a construction site. You will be assisting operators, digging, and working with the team to grade land. This position is full time offering $22 - $30 depending on experience. This position will be Monday - Friday 7AM - 4PM in the Worcester area. Projects are all over MA so having a reliable car is a requirement.
Responsibilities
- Assist operators in daily tasks.
- Perform digging and land grading.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project completion.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Essential Skills
- Experience in on-site and outdoor labor.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Eagerness and willingness to learn and adapt.
- Prior construction experience is a plus.

Work Environment

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
