Description:
- Operation of equipment, including temperature checking and completion of batch records per GMP and SOPs
- Complete calculations as required
- Perform product inspection and provide samples for quality control testing
- Recording of various data points as required
- Works within the sample lab combining and pulling samples for clients
- The company makes various citrus (orange, lemon, lime, etc.) flavors in the forms of essences, emulsions, extractions, sprays, etc.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of a HS degree with solid attention to detail and ability to learn unique processes that are very detail specific
- Previous experience in GMP environment
