Desktop Support Technician

This resource will be supporting our client as a Level 2 PC Technician. The position will be supporting all employees working at our client specifically Doctors, Nurses, and other medical professionals working throughout the hospital. They will respond to incidents through the ticketing system and will be required to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve these requests incidents related to Laptop/Desktop devices, printer configuration & connectivity (Mapping) network connectivity, as well as Mobile devices located throughout the organization. This resource should have prior experience working within an enterprise level organization and have an understanding of the high level of customer service that should be displayed on a daily basis. Also the ability to keep up with the documentation of their work throughout the day is key in ensuring they are meeting the expectations of the team.
SHIFT requirements and expectations:
1st: Tuesday-Saturday; 8am-4:30pm
1st: Sunday-Thursday; 8am-4:30pm
2nd: Sun-Mon 4pm-12:30pm, Tues-Thurs 3pm-11:30pm
Windows 10, Active directory, SCCM, Imaging, Hardware, windows, customer service, troubleshooting, printers
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
This position will also require flexibility around the work schedule depending on the projects or need for additional support during off hours. The typical shift will be core work hours however they will be required to support projects from time to time that must be completed during off hours. Once converted as a full time employee our client does offer OT or shift differential.
