Desktop Support Technician

This resource will be supporting the clients a Level 2 PC Technician. The position will be supporting all client employees working at client specifically Doctors, Nurses, and other medical professionals working throughout the hospital. They will respond to incidents through the ticketing system and will be required to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve these requests incidents related to Laptop/Desktop devices, printer configuration & connectivity (Mapping) network connectivity, as well as Mobile devices located throughout the organization. This resource should have prior experience working within an enterprise level organization and have an understanding of the high level of customer service that should be displayed on a daily basis. Also the ability to keep up with the documentation of their work throughout the day is key in ensuring they are meeting the expectations of the team.
