Description:

Responsibilities:

Evaluate clinical samples utilizing multiple approaches including flow cytometry, IHC, ELISA, and or alternative methods.

Develop, optimize and perform robust and reproducible quantitative assays to measure drug concentrations and predictive or pharmacodynamic biomarkers.

Analyze, interpret, and present data at internal and external meetings to inform exposure-efficacy and exposure-toxicity relationships in support of proof of mechanism studies for novel drugs and dose selection.

Generate SOPs and technical documents detailing methods and data analysis.

Work both independently and collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of scientists and clinicians to achieve team and corporate goals and optimize drug development.


Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in appropriate discipline (e.g., immunology, tumor biology, cell biology) with 5+ years of research experience in an industry setting.

Track record of ability to independently design, optimize, troubleshoot experiments.

Experience in multi-color flow cytometry from sample staining to acquisition of data.

Working experience in immunoassays (i.e, Gyrolab, MSD, etc.)

Ability to make detailed observations, analyze data, interpret, and deliver timely results.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Independent, self-motivated, committed, and efficient.

Flexible with the capacity to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.


Additional Experience Preferred:

Experience analyzing large data sets and analytics skills, such as R or other data analysis programming is a plus.

Experience with Nanostring’s GeoMx Digital Spatial Profiler, nCounter and Rosalind bioinformatics software is a plus.

Experience working in a GLP environment.

Proficiency with computers and data analysis software (e.g. Watson LIMS, PRISM, JMP, Excel, Workbench).
