Our client is looking for a Tier 1 Helpdesk Technician to come in to support to workload they currently have. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge with hardware, desktop/laptop support experience, Office 365 and basic email support, etc. They are looking for well rounded helpdesk techs who are looking to join an environment where they can support a wide array of tickets and grow their skill set.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

End user support that is supporting basic knowledge in operating systems, wireless networks, laptop/desktop configuration, etc. No specific tech environment required.
