Jr. Recruiter / Entry Level HR Recruiter

Aerotek's client is looking for a Jr. Recruiter/Entry Level HR Recruiter with a Bachelors degree.
You will be aiding the senior recruiter. Perfect entry level recruiting role.
You will be reaching out to prospective candidates, getting them interested in the company, and then will be passing them to the recruiter for the actual interview. Will need to be ok w/ sourcing though candidate profiles and sending resumes.
Talent sourcers / Jr. Recruiters are responsible for identifying and recruiting candidates with highly technical and specialized skills to fill current or future vacancies. They primarily interact with potential candidates personally or online, and schedule interviews with HR staff members. They also maintain candidate databases.
LinkedIn experience is a plus!
