- Create invoices for production, design, engineering and fabrication sales orders. - Create adjusting transactions to correct sales order and/or shipment discrepancies. - Create bill-only invoices and credits for various other charges and/or corrections to customer accounts. - Run report detailing all shipments by sales category. - Process RMA’s, review work orders, make necessary adjusting entries, and finalize. - Review bank account activity and maintain spreadsheet for operating account transactions. - Prepare and upload month-end bank certification. - Update cash flow spreadsheet daily. - Process remote deposits and apply cash received to customer accounts. - Run aging summary for each customer, determine if there are problems causing payment delays, and contact customers to collect on past due invoices. - Provide customers with details of account transactions, as needed, in order to expedite payment processing. - Manage credit holds and advise department managers of changes. - Review customer credit applications. - Perform credit investigations on customer accounts and present findings to supervisor. Complete trade reference requests for customer accounts. - Complete credit applications and provide references for vendors. - Perform month-end closing procedures and compile management reports including customer profitability as related to A/R. - Front desk coverage, as needed. - Complete other projects or duties as assigned.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
