Shift Details:

The resource will be assigned to 1st shift, which is 6:30am-5pm, 4 days a week including working every third weekend.

Job Description:

Set-up complex equipment, change over, clean and maintain relevant, critical operating equipment to enable the smooth running of the plant/section/unit. Diagnose and take steps to resolve equipment/product quality issues to ensure the continued smooth running of the plant/section/unit. Work with other team members to receive and possibly deliver training, development and mentoring of new starters and existing team members. All to comply with Good Manufacturing Practice, Safety Health & Environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Ideal Candidate Profile:

1. BS in science such as Chemistry, biology, chemical engineering, etc.

2. Experience level -- recent college grads with science experience, or candidates with professional experience in manufacturing or cell culture. We are not looking for candidates with purification or research backgrounds.

3. Professional or project experience with bioreactors, CIP, SIP, and GMP is preferred

4. Aseptic skills such as inoculum expansion, cell banks, etc.
