Medical Assistant

Description:

• Under moderate supervision performs a variety of front and back office duties in the clinic.
• Provides initial preparation of patients prior to the physician's encounter; assists physician in patient care activities; performs procedures under the supervision of physician; provides health education under the supervision of physician.
• Certified Medical Assistant will be responsible for setting up exam rooms, updating patient medical histories, checking vitals: blood pressure, height, weight, temperature, ear lavages
• Epic experience is Highly preferred
• Experience in a surgeons office, or specialty Oncology
• Providing an excellent customer service experience

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• 2- 4 years of experience
• Epic experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience in a surgeons office, or specialty office setting.
