Description:

- As the Initial Licensing & Title Associate, you will be the primary owner for transactions related to Element to handle initial title & registration completion for units based on states. The role is dedicated to assist all drivers with maintaining legality of plates on an ongoing basis while vehicle is being title & registered. - Financially, the team member should focus on efficient and cost effective ways to process their transactions. - Strong organizational planning, decision making, execution and proven analytical skills required - Ability to work under pressure, using tact, discretion and good judgment to respond to all requests in a professional and courteous manner. - Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Solid PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and user level application knowledge, data entry and typing skills and be familiar with general office equipment.Facilitate the maintenance of a title through the life of the vehicle: processing state transfers, buy lease backs, ownership transfers, title corrections, state to state transfers (retitling) and title follow up. - Follow Title Management Processing procedures including title management and collaboration of employee and project team will be necessary to accomplish goals  Strong organizational planning, decision making, execution and proven analytical skills required - Ability to work under pressure, using tact, discretion and good judgment to respond to all requests in a professional and courteous manner. 30% Establish and manage relationships with internal/external clients and with independent external agencies (tag agents, dealers) to facilitate the initial title & registration vehicle transaction processing • Identify requests requiring specialized knowledge or escalation; leverages subject matter experts to quickly and efficiently resolve inquiries. Provide escalation assistance for FPS Partners and act as a secondary contact for customers 20% Become a subject matter expert in assigned states for all initial titling & registration functions. • Effectively manage state portfolio for all type of units required; provides analysis, and recommendations in support of titling process. Ability to acquire/retain information related to different state requirements 10% Follow-up to ensure transactions are completed accurately and timely. 15% Resolve issues that arise through the Sales Force tasking tool or email accurately based on urgency and priority. • Partners with other Operations and Client Business units to ensure the proper guidance, education or updates for the initial title & registration of units during the title & registration process. 10% Assist other team members as needed with their assigned work to ensure departmental goals and objectives are achieved this is done by monitoring title quest queue based on assigned region and leveraging capacity where needed to assist in team goal • Provides support, where applicable, to the FPS Partner around client initiatives, challenges and objectives. 15% Facilitate the maintenance of a title through the life of the vehicle which may include: processing, buy lease backs, ownership transfers, title corrections, duplicate titles, lease assumption, corporate name changes, and transaction follow up. Follow Title Management Processing procedures when processing each type of transaction. This may also include title management projects where multiple units for one client are in need of processing and collaboration of employee and project team will be necessary to accomplish goals.
