-->Always communicate with customers (Send service reminders to customers)

-->Check emails and Customer portals . Time ins needed eta ‘s Customer parts ordered to make sure schedule is full day for techs . I am noticing techs driving home because only one job on there schedule. It is important they have 8 hrs . Overtime is a must if there are jobs that need done for the techs . Make sure customers are aware before 7 and after 5 is over time. The decision is there’s to pay overtime before dispatch.

-->Begin quotes right away on HCP when tech is finished .

-->Assign Service Calls to Technicians per guidelines (Try to Group jobs based on location or job type,100 miles from tech available anything more then 100 miles decline job ;Make pms on schedule to fill the gaps in between calls and have three calls or three pms per day per tech . Try to have schedule filled by 3 pm for schedule next day . Do not leave anybody open before you leave for the day if possible. )

-->ENTER notes in SYSTEM: Set time for tech for customer past time on hcp to insure won’t be late and make sure all information needed is given to tech on hcp . Put all notes on job if it is you’re job and You ordered parts for tech . Enter directions on hcp notes that way tech has all necessary information . Following Process of service work .

-->Enter /Update Customer information on HCP best to do test email or send them email to respond

--> Utilize HCP to schedule next available day (Parts ordered go on HCP as event and also on notes for tech on job, PMs can be placed on there months ahead )

-->Use a waiting list for customers if we get really busy get information correctly of new customers and get them on hcp schedule

--> OTHER DUTIES: If no work go back through unapproved work in recent past work orders and contact the customers (Keep them busy with Maintenance to schedule more work)
