This Mac support role is the primary point of contact for supporting a professional corporate office environment where analyst will support Apple Macs, mobile devices, MS Office, Outlook, VPN, hardware, software, and MACs (nice to have). Also will be providing audio visual, audio conferencing, and meeting room support, etc. at a level 2 support level. Analysts will partner with the Mac Engineer for projects as well as supporting customers directly onsite and remote. Key Responsibilities: • Troubleshoot and resolve support issues onsite and remote • Ensure support tickets are resolved in accordance with Service Level Agreements and customer policy/procedures • Configure hardware / software to customer specifications • Identify continuous improvement opportunities with processes / support issues. • Create support documents as required. • Meeting room support onsite.
