One of our most well known clients is currently seeking candidates to join their Logistics division in an effort to meet the growing demand they are currently facing. In this role, the Material Handler will be assisting in the Shipping/ Receiving department, Quality Inspection, and Material Handling. The duties in this role include but are not limited to: preparing shipments & finished products, picking materials & kitting products, performing quality checks on purchased materials, and inspecting partially assembled/ finished medical devices. Additionally, there will be the need to review quality documents and inventory logs as well. Ideally, candidates entering this role would have a experience in either Clean Room Assembly or Material Handling that utilized data entry in ERP & SAP systems.

3 -5 Must Haves:

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to complete tasks in a group and independently
  • Punctuality
  • Familiarity working with computer programs


  • Receiving, unpacking, and logging incoming materials & supplies
  • Sort & count materials, supplies, and finished goods as needed
  • Prepare periodic reports from information entered in the internal inventory database
  • Perform inspections of purchased parts, subassemblies, or finished company products according to well defined criteria using standard physical, mechanical, and/ or electrical measurements

Educational & Experience Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 1-2 Years of warehouse/material handling experience

Preferred Experience:

  • 1-2 years of quality inspection experience
  • Experience following SOP's and inspection procedures
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Shift Times:

7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Pay Structure:

$18 - $20/hr (Pay increases according to experience)
