Customer Service Representative

Lynn, MA

Top Financial Services company in Lynn, MA looking to expand their Customer Service Team! Currently seeking motivated and driven individuals who are looking for an opportunity to start a long term career. This is a great foot in the door opportunity for anybody looking to gain experience in financial services or the banking industry!

Pay Rate: $18/hr

Shift: Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Job Description:

  • Provide all members with efficient and professional service over the phone
  • Investigate and correct errors in customer accounts and statements
  • Troubleshoot issues for members over the phone
  • Coordinate and expedite customer inquiries to other departments for resolution as needed
  • Ask for referrals to help bring in new members

Qualifications:

  • At least 1-2 years customer service experience
  • Strong ability to learn new computer systems
  • Ability to work both individually and in a team environment
