Job Description

  • Take 5-6 inbound calls an hour from customers
  • Answer questions regarding payments, refunds, credit cards, etc.
  • Utilize internal dashboard- CRM software
  • Answer customer calls regarding the subscription
  • Answer customer emails regarding the subscription

Pay: 19.00 - 20.00/hour
