An exciting opportunity to gain exposure and bulk your resume with a top home improvement supplier.
You will be responsible for:
- Processing inbound paperwork and creating inventory tags
- Billing out our loads and creating BOL’s for each individual load
- They will also be taught to pull and put together our daily dispatch
- Once a month they will help purge our monthly files.
2ND KEY M-Thurs 4 pm – 230 am.
3RD KEY Friday Saturday Sunday Monday 5 am – 330 pm
- Office assistants perform administrative and routine clerical tasks. Their responsibilities may include organizing and managing files, acting as receptionists, scheduling meetings and appointments, and supporting other staff with organizational tasks.
